  In July 2017, the Legal Special Training Session of Shuangyuan Printing and Iron Can Co., Ltd. was held in the conference room on the third floor. The meeting focused on elaborating the specific legal knowledge relevant to the management implementation in various departments. Combining this with the legal issues encountered by departments such as sales, procurement, and production, the training was conducted in a demand-driven and targeted manner. Attendees included department heads from all company divisions, project leaders, and company employees.

The company’s legal counsel, who chaired the training session, addressed key issues encountered by the company, such as contract revenue and expenditure, authorization and delegation, lawful handling of contract disputes, as well as production management and contract signing. At the same time, they provided detailed explanations on enhancing employees’ legal awareness and on critical details related to contract drafting and performance. This ensured that personnel from all departments became familiar with and mastered every procedural detail—from contract initiation and approval through signing and implementation to archiving.
